Interested in checking out the facility before making an appointment? No problem! At Family Vet, we invite you to take advantage of our “Happy Visits.” These are visits where you and your pets can come in and get a feel for the practice and team.
Happy Visits are free and do not include an exam. They are perfect to ease any fear or anxiety related to vet visits for both owners and pets. We provide lots of love and treats to help your furry friend acclimate to the clinic environment and understand that coming here does not always mean something scary is happening.

The first step to scheduling an appointment at Family Vet is filling out our new client form or giving us a call at 636-400-7387. You’ll connect with our awesome Customer Service Representatives who will walk you through scheduling your first appointment.
Your Scheduled Appointment
When you check-in with our front desk, you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly and courteous team members. A member of our medical staff will soon meet you in the lobby and bring you to an examination room where we’ll ask a few questions and measure your pet’s vital signs.
One of our veterinarians will then examine your pet, address any concerns you may have, and create your pet’s individual care plan. This is a great time to ask questions! Our veterinary team wants to ensure you’re completely comfortable with the information we are providing.
Once the appointment has concluded, our Customer Care Representatives will process your payment at the front desk and schedule any needed follow-up appointments.
